What is life in your own opinion? It's worthless to me. What do you think about it?

the French existentialist philosopher Jean-Paul Sartres said that "existence precedes essence" . for centuries humans have tried to find the meaning of life as if there was somewhere a hidden meaning(essence) that we must find when in reality there is no pre-existing meaning, there is total freedom to decide what you want life to mean for you. If you like knowledge, make gathering knowledge the meaning YOU give to life, if you like helping people, make that the meaning you give to life, you are the creator of meaning, thus "existence precedes essence"
