How do you take criticsim, negative feedback? Do you have enough strength to pounder rather than retaliating back?

We often receive feedback from people around us,friends, family/ spouse, coworkers/ boss and managers.

Not everyone is nice or convey the message correctly and may be agressive, insulting and so on, however, in the end message is being delieverd to us to make change/improvement.

If I have an emotional reaction to any comment, my reaction is for me to consider (ie, why did that feeling come up? Is there any truth to the comment?) and then decide how to respond to the messenger, as well what do I do with the information, if anything.

@ MarkPaul - When you’re a little older and have lived through some shitty stuff, and hopefully learned some shit, it might make more sense to you.
