Do you view feminism as a mean of superiority over men?

Probably not superior to men nor to any sexes but for ourselves as an equal to all human species..

If women are just as good as men (in the business world) and bosses can pay them less then how come all business leaders aren't women?
If I could pay women less to do top jobs and they would do those jobs as good as men.. as seems to be the case now..then how come all top jobs aren't taken by women?

@Entwistle Because the problem is systemic, not individual. Woman-hating boards of directors aren't thinking "let's make a woman the CEO - we'll save a fortune in salary." It's a systemic problem where women are paid less than men for the same work. A systemic problem means that a discriminatory system is perpetuated by people who aren't bigots in their personal lives. Unless they're willing to examine the system and their role in it, the inequities continue.

@LeopoldBloom It's about money or they would be paid the same.
@Entwistle I don't know if money is an issue. Most corporations don't seem to worry how much they pay the C-suite executives.

@LeopoldBloom Money is an issue.
@Entwistle Maybe in the 1950s when the CEO made no more than 7x what the lowest paid worker made. Now they make 70,000x.

@LeopoldBloom Money reallly is still an issue. A major issue.
@Entwistle If it was, CEOs wouldn't be making those obscene salaries.

@LeopoldBloom That's you proving my point. It's about money.
@Entwistle OK, it's about paying CEOs as much money as possible, so they don't want women to do that job as they would have to pay them less.

@LeopoldBloom They wouldn't HAVE to pay women less. They would choose to
@Entwistle A systemic problem means they don't consciously choose to. It just happens as a property of the system if no one is paying attention or willing to admit that there is a systemic problem.

That's the definition of a systemic problem. In this case, companies paying women less for the same work even though the individuals doing it are not misogynists.
