Probably not superior to men nor to any sexes but for ourselves as an equal to all human species..

Ideally, equally entitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. All three of which, for oneself, may be interpreted differently from one person to the next.
One person may be superior to anther in one way or another, but not made so by the government, but by their own efforts and/or benefit gifted to them by others.
