I agree with @Thingschange4444 Deep breathing has helped me with anxiety. Other things include talking about it, or journaling it.

@SW-User No doubt at our age Wion we've tried it all. That's why I'm doing EDT. Yet another possible avenue. Hopefully.

@SW-User Eye desensitisation therapy. Fuck it breaks u up. That's why I'm in this mess mentally. But u have to be knocked down to be built back up. I had my 5th session on the 9th of April.
