There's a difference between doing something you're not typically into for their own excitement, and doing something that they're into but causes you displeasure.. I'd imagine if it causes you discomfort, then that would easily be felt on both sides, and neither would be able to enjoy it.

I've done it before, and I would gladly do it again. My wife's wants, needs, thoughts, feelings, interests, and desires are just as important to me as my own...and on some occasions even more so.🤠
