What do you think of the saying " you have your whole life ahead of you"?

I don't like it. People make it seem like everyone's gonna life til 100. Might have 2 years left...😕

It's just something people say to make each other feel better. I appreciate the sentiment even if we have no idea when I'm gonna die.
