That was not you who hurt them.
I only give people my name after I trust them, some get offended and that there is their loss.
I am, quite content and happy to be friends with people online and not know how they look or sound or what their real name is. When they feel comfortable the will disclose that info themselves. I expect the same respect to be awarded to me.
