Dramatically adjust your eating schedule so that you don't [i]officially[/i] have either lunch or supper? Or otherwise, develop the mindset that you're going to break with traditional meals?

Maybe they'd still get fat. 😕

Perhaps incorporate purging into your lifestyle as well? Not sure that would be such a great idea though.

@SW-User any person on TV works out like 2-4 hrs a day including all types of salons and spas...they will never be fat

They also have their own chains where they create these desserts and sell from.

(A) Maybe they don't. (B) Maybe if you know what you're actually putting into it, the temptation becomes less.

@SW-User that's why it's better if machines make it. Then only work out like a horse or run or bike home, not drive.
