Dramatically adjust your eating schedule so that you don't officially have either lunch or supper? Or otherwise, develop the mindset that you're going to break with traditional meals?

Maybe they'd still get fat. 馃槙

Perhaps incorporate purging into your lifestyle as well? Not sure that would be such a great idea though.

@Andrew19EightyFive I'm currently watching some reality show competition of dessert making and none of those people are fat. 馃檮 And they all have to try everything they make.
And those are not small bites either.

@SW-User One can imagine you're thinking they're not not going to be fat for long--or at least that they're not going to be so unfat as they are then for too long. 馃槓

@Andrew19EightyFive There are professional and amateurs. Means, they're been practicing for a very long time. They've managed so far.

@SW-User If they're amateurs, then one may be more inclined to expect them to have some learning curves. 馃槓

@Andrew19EightyFive Except those curves are not on their bodies!馃槣

@SW-User any person on TV works out like 2-4 hrs a day including all types of salons and spas...they will never be fat

@SW-User That's just their reality show.
They also have their own chains where they create these desserts and sell from.
