@stewf Yeah, there are so many elements which people forget to factor in when trying to deal with their mental state. Sometimes its the simple things that help the most.

Meditation really changed things for me too.

I fully agree with you. In my case No medicine worked, but meditation and Ayurvedic medicine helped me a lot.
