A person falls down ...

In a town of 500 a person stops to help
In a town of 1500 a person stops to ask if you need help
In a town of 15000 a person stops and looks around before asking if they need help
In a town over 150000 the chance of a person stopping is 40%
So why stop to help?

It is basic human decency to stop and help.

@SW-User People are walked past in large cities without a blink of an eye

@MikefromEP That doesn't make it right. I think it's appalling that most people wouldn't take a moment to help a person in need, no matter where they are. I see it all the time. People's faces are so buried in cell phone screens they don't even notice... then when they do they use it as a video opportunity... to pick on the person in need. It makes me sick.

@SW-User And when a person reaches in to save another it screws their mind
SW-User
@MikefromEP Sadly, that's often true.

@MikefromEP It always gets me when I have the opportunity to help someone and they cry because they are so touched by it ....
