I don't see why not. If you mean this as opposed to lovers, I don't see why lovers can't be best friends too.

@Classified Love is just greed mixed with desperation. It's impossible to feel loving without having some sort of fault within yourself causing it, like emotional neediness, or low self esteem.

@BlueMetalChick I've been in love (cause I think that's what you mean when you say to word love) and I've made selfless choices. Love is much more than just the feeling. Love can even be without feeling.
