I can’t stop it!

@RippinKlouds do you find it has any adverse affects? Like lethargy and fatigue or low co ordination?
I've learned to identify my 'paranoia' and isolate from actual causes for concern. It took many years.

Everyone has enemies and people following them. Arm yourself like I do and don't let them get you.
TheProphet · M
@BellaJadid Always protect yourself. They will get you if they can.

@TheProphet man I feel for you I thought I was bad.
It’s nice to know I alone don’t feel this.

@BellaJadid You are never alone.
Paranoid about what? maybe you just need to immerse yourself in that for a while.
Say your paranoid that you left the stove on, so you make it a habit, that every time you leave the house, you go check the stove. Just keep doing that until you are convinced that you never leave it on.

@UreBesFrend ok so paranoid and don’t trust the girl/guy

Then what?

Don’t trust anyone
Trust them
It’s physically impossible
Fundamentally impossible as due to some stuff at baby age my brain wired incorrectly making it IMPOSSIBLE to trust
Follows

Rapid heartbeat and fear
And the instinct to run and block and shut down and walk away so I can breath and relax
I see OK, sorry I don't think my suggestion will work for you. When it comes to people, I just trust my instincts about them.
That must be really difficult.
