Just stop eating unhealthy foods and get excersize...it's that simple

I have been doing that and have lost 22kg. I'd like to lose 10kg more its just proving difficult. @SW-User

That happens ,it's normal ... I'm not sure how you're excersizing ...at first the water weight comes off mthe fat is the hard part ....I've learned that if you eat smaller meals five times a day along with cardio and some weight training you can lose more ...include protein along with low carb ...muscle ways more than fat ...so maybe that's why you're finding it harder to lose weight ...more cardio means you will lose more fat ...less cardio and more weight training means more muscle mass @Thevy29
