What's the most painful thing you've had to live through?

@Dusty101 I lost my brother too. 2 years ago. After my mum I thought I could never be so sad. But 2 years ago my wonderful brother died. Are you ok?

@Dusty101 Yes, I am now thanks. He committed suicide actually, and the shock was unbelievable. There are no adequate words actually. 😢

@SW-User I hope you find some comfort that you got to be with her when she left. I couldn't imagine losing my mum.
Ouch! I remember the pain after my first surgery. All I wanted for 4 days was to go home. By the time I got to the door of the hospital I wanted to go back to the ward. The ride home was horrendous. The 2nd time I made sure they gave me extra morphine. It made all the difference.

@Bleed Thank you so much🤗 It was rough but yes being there comforting her was a big help. I lost my father when I was 6 years old and that also was devastating to me. In and out surgery that was supposed to take half a day ended up being a two-day ordeal because the pain medication did not work on me. I did not get numbed. It felt like I had my stomach ripped out of me. I had six holes cut in my stomach and a square patch inserted an anchored inside of me 4 anchors holding it in place. I'm terrified if I ever have surgery again.

Me too. Although the process was upsetting, it was my choice and it was the right one.

@Bleed same! Which is why I guess it was so hard for people to accept it - that was the hardest part....judgment and abandonment of family and friends.
