Nope Once the brain dies due to lack of air we go with it The brain is us the body is just a meat suit. I haven't found any hard evidence to the contrariety so I will accept that hypothesis

I have no firm theory.
I feel like I have experienced ghosts so if they exist it makes me think a spiritual after life could exist. But do I really know? No way.

@Mrsbetweenfatandfit Yeah I've seen some spooky shit, but do we interpret what we see as ghosts, and is there a real answer our there that has dick all to do with any notion of life after death? Like how our ancestors used to think up all sorts of crap to explain the unexplained.

@Allelse That last sentence is very true. But I like living with that unknown piece one last surprise to see at the end. It will all go dark or light or something even more different than we have created in our minds. No matter what I can accept it when it comes.
