How do you deal with a depression that won't go away and wishing you were dead ?

I have to pray to God to have him help me. When you're the one affected, you have no ability to save yourself.

@MartinTheFirst its interesting that you say that. I am a Christian but like Jacob on that mountain, I find myself wrestling with God and His will.
