Philosophy

Philosophy is an argument that nobody is going to win. different ideologies all think there right and we'll be extinct before we ever come close to a consensus. but thats the best part about it all. there's never an end to the dialogue.

Philosophy is about embarking upon an idea and having the mind to fashion it's meaning. Nothing else; what people do with it is another story. Much like competing religious elements.

You gone done it now!! Made a derogatory comment about hot air, which has attracted every bag of wind in sight to come raging in its defence!
NeloAngelo · 26-30, M
@Allelse and yet the fact that they disagree with me kinda illustrates my point. no matter what we arent gonna all agree.

@NeloAngelo You'll never convince em though, they'll just continue to sit around together, farting out their mouths, thinking about how 'clever' and 'enlightened' they are. Ugh!

You failed to state a topic within philosophy. We can never decide what?
NeloAngelo · 26-30, M
@FeliciaG anything. u can pick any topics and you will still find debates. philosophers still debate over Socrates and Plato.

@NeloAngelo Philosophy isn't an argument. It presents arguments. That was my point.
NeloAngelo · 26-30, M
@FeliciaG true enough. prob shoulda phrased it better. my point was those arguments presented will never end.

Because it's not about winning or losing. It's about seeking truth.
NeloAngelo · 26-30, M
