How do you cope when you feel like you're barely surviving emotionally?

Hi, presently I'm at a state where I'm just hanging on for dear life by trying to not succumb to my level of sadness and pain. I've family members who are going through a grieving period myself included, and lately we had another tragedy. I have quite a few things going on in my life, one being a recent thing with someone who indirectly posted my business on facebook. It reached to the point where I deleted my Facebook account and even whatsapp 2 days ago because of this. But the subject is coping and not succumbing to negative thoughts brought on by pain, how do you cope?
