Yes I do everyday sometime to the point I cannot sleep well at night because my mind is constantly on the grind and worrying or trying to cover everything

Sometimes but not as much as I did in the past. When I was younger and working hard to reach my self imposed goals there were nights that my mind was working overtime and I couldn’t sleep. I’m glad to be past that now.
