When writing stuff down, don't think about it.
Pick up the pen and write everything that comes out.
Even if that is - "I can't think about what to write about"
That starts the process, keep writing every word that is there.
Eventually your mind will have no more words that need to come out.
This might take an hour, two hours, three hours....
The longest I ever wrote non stop was 3 1/2 hours. 44 A4 size sheets.
I never read what I wrote, because that would have put it back in my head.
I tore up what I wrote and threw it out.
Persistence.
Before you say, "I have too much to do", make time, tell Joel what you want to do and find a quiet place.
