I am in my own head

Lord I wish I could quite my mind. I have so much crap running though it right now I can't focus on anything and I feel like am about to have a panic attack. I even stepped out for a quick cigar to calm down but no my tics are strong and I gave up on that. I even tried writing shit down but I couldn't even focus to do that.

@Akimbo75 I do alot of deep breathing and it was helped.
