How to get these paranoid thoughts out of my head?

I've been dealing with anxiety and depression for some time. It kinda got worst with covid. I have been pretty paranoid lately and feel people are out to get me. Everyday that's all i think about. I am afraid to show people my id, share my full name or phone number. Because I feel they my use it track me down to my address and harm me or my loved ones.

I play in a basketball league and I am always thinking what if someone goes into my bag while i am playing and get my name and address from my id without me knowing. I live with family and more worried about them. If i lived alone i wouldn't be that worried.

I don't have any enemies, a few minor arguments during games but nothing serious to the point someone would want to hurt me. But you never know what people are thinking and feeling.

In my head I know I am overthinking it, but just can not shake the feeling off and get these thoughts put of my head. Its really crippling my life and driving me insane.

I understand that feeling. I think you have to give your self peice of mind so you can focus on what your doing. When i get paranoid i tryto be really polite to everyone around me. Dont give out any personal info and dont keep anything on you. If there is no obvious danger just be aware of your surroundings and try to stay focused on your task. It really helps to have a friend with you. Or someone you can trust.
