Crying non stop uncontrollably

I've been crying for the past 15 minutes straight. I just cannot stop sobbing. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm not a big crier. I haven't actually cried in years. I have been stressing a lot lately but even when I'm stressed I don't cry. Why am I uncontrollably crying right now? 😢

Nothing wrong with you. Cry your eyes out and do it again tomorrow. Cryings great. Means you care enough about something to be hurt by it. And that's beautiful I think.

The alternative of not crying is pretty bad anyway. Being either too pent up with other things to cry or not caring enough are both bad endings.
