Every day. Sometimes several times throughout the day. Everyday things trigger a memory and grief hits in waves. It sneaks up on you. There's no logic. I was crying over the colour of bed linen the other day ( a long lengthy story which would be boring but there's logic there somewhere) I can distract myself during the day but evenings and nights are awful. Loosing my husband so young and in such an unexpected and shocking way has been the most painful thing I've ever had to endure. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
