Canada buys the USA for 10 cents on the dollar after America is declared insolvent and falls into Receivership. Canada then does the right thing and returns the USA to the Indians who open up gas bars all along the south side of the border which Canadians will then flock to on weekends so they don't have to pay tax on the gas or the cigarettes.
