What makes another human being iillegal? Did they step over an imaginary line in the sand and a colonizer decided that THEY were the ones who were illegal? Or was it because their accents, skintone, religions and customs were different. Im just asking for a friend.

@AngelUnforgiven No human is illegal. But if a country establishes laws that might say, "any person not born in this country is considered foreign or also known as illegal alien"
So if you are in a country you're not supposed to be in without authorization, then you are breaking those laws that country has set.
That's what would make a person "illegal"
Skin tone, accents, religion and customs should have no bearing or influence on a person being called, illegal.
Just because John Doe is from a different country and talks different and has a different skin tone than us and practices xyz religion, doesn't at all mean they are illegal.
So if you are in a country you're not supposed to be in without authorization, then you are breaking those laws that country has set.
