when you help someone out financially

and they say they will make payments at such and such time monthly..then that time comes and goes..so you merely ask for communication..and they get an attitude like you owe them money....

anyone else experience this? 😤😤😤

Yep which is why I don't give my family money anymore and if they do pay back they are slow to pay but when you need help they come up with excuses to not help.
