when you help someone out financially

You have such a good heart and people take advantage. That’s the way I was until I kept getting screwed over. No more of that.

@iamonfire696 aw thank you love..i just keep coming back to that verse about not growing weary doing good. and i see "the church" after Jesus as NOT the actual tabernacle..so i dont give to the tax exempt structure..i try to give directly and pointedly. but im only in a position to loan and not give right now. just sucks. some of the most bitter people around were once the sweetest, i guarantee it!

@foldedunfolding I will support my friends in other ways but I won’t do financially because it’s usually a point of contention.

@iamonfire696 yeah and honestly if you VALUE THEM, you want no contention!! i think i need to focus more on making meals, giving rides, watching kids, references for jobs..that kind of thing i guess. what do u do to support them?

@foldedunfolding Yes! Those are the things that I do.

Just things like that to help out. A babysitter is expensive so just taking their kids for a date night, go to a job interview or so they can run errands is helpful.
