I had anoyher crazy dream last night

I was dreaming that i was laying in my bed and woke up to this howling apocolypse like wind outside. The drywall on my bedroom walls was full of holes and hardend like the moisture was sucked out of it and it was decaying. I felt like somone was standing outside the window above my bed. I sat up to look out the window but but as soon as my eyes glanced over its like they told me to lay still and my body just did that. So i layed back down. Then i feel this vibration go over my entire body like my essance is being sucked out the window. I feel paralyzed and cant move. I try to fight it but all i can do is breathe faster. Eventually i was able to move my feet and i began to gain control over my body but as soon as i could open my eyes Everything stopped. My room was back to normal. There was no wind. Totally silent outside. felt like somone was standing there but i saw nothing. I tried to fall asleep again and could almost hear somethings carefully tip toe away.

[media=https://youtu.be/SogHXU5OdA0]I had a dream about waking up to raw hamburger meat (some of it gray and moving on its own). I was on the bed and saw the meat on the floor. I thought "God, help me if I ate that in my sleep. Please, tell me I didn't eat that last night." Then, I got up to go to the kitchen. As I was leaving the kitchen, someone tried to jump at me. There were kidnappers/bad guys in my house!" The bad guys threw me in a chair in my den, and put a huge dog next to me. They made the dog stand next to me with his jaw at my throat. I remember thinking "If I move, the dog will tear into my throat." I remember them doing something to one guy and I kept flinching, because I couldn't help it. The dog kept his teeth right at my throat the entire time. I was praying "Please, God. Don't let him bite me." I couldn't help but flinch though. I remember thinking "If I flinch I die", but I couldn't help it.

Then, I woke up. I'm glad it was just a dream.

Oh. The raw hamburger meat... the dog was the one eating the meat.

Thank God it wasn't me!

That's a scary one. Several years back, I had dreams that were similar. There was some unseen entity in my room. I could hear it, and feel it touch me, but couldn't see it. The dreams were very real, and sometimes the "phenomena" continued after I was genuinely awake, which was interesting and very startling... Fortunately, it all went away a few years ago. I think it was all caused by stress.

I've heard some of those sleep paralysis visions can be really bad. Like beyond what you would categorize as a nightmare. But it almost sounds like you were accidentally in a parallel universe for a bit.
