@rocknroll OK when I write a post I welcome a variety of responses. I then I can modify my position, or clarify my thoughts. And so can others.
What I don’t need are long tirades of personal criticism on everything I write from the same person. Effectively trying to bully me. At work I lead a team of twenty five and had a fair amount of bullies to deal with. My standard technique was to expose them and concentrate on work. Sometimes I had to outflank them.
Here I ask them politely to concentrate on the issue being discussed. But if they don’t, I block. That gives me space, after a few days I unblock and hope they behave themselves, and don’t trouble me further. They do, but no doubt there are going to be exceptions.
@sunriselover since writing this, a friend who I helped find a bf, became abusive, blocked me, and wrote a vindictive post about me that I cannot see or defend. It says a lot about her.
