Desmond's headed back home

But I'm not even sad, because I learned yesterday that he's going to be back by the end of this week, so we're not going to be apart for long. And these past several days we've had together were absolutely incredible. We made the most of the time we've had and our love has become even stronger because of it. My only concern is if he's going to be mentally okay being separated from me. He's been doing real well since we've been together and I just hope he'll continue to be well and will find comfort in knowing we'll be together again before long like I am. When his friend came to pick him up, we hugged and kissed and said we love each other one final time. No "I'll miss you," just "I'll see you soon." 🥹
