Hru? idk hbu?

Do you think language well evolve next to text speech? Maybe the next generation speaks out the acronyms.

There was already an acronym problem in the work world. Everything becomes an acronym with new programs or features at work.

Never had anyone use hru on me, but it seems to be degressing to me. People already do speak them.

It's COMPLETELY HORRENDOUS 😖

It's slowly contributing to our lack of expression and feeling in our words.

I think the reason for this is two fold :
1. We are fucking lazy at heart .
2. It's the slow bit speed of texting that frustrates us and encourages us to abbreviate .

The conscious brain can process at about 50?, 60? bps, Speech is like 40 bps (bits per second), texting is one quarter of that, if not less .

The problem is that we are using devices that slow our expression by 75%. Hence we are condensing it....for efficiency .
We are giving up quality of speech for convenience - much like so much else in our lives : food, friends, entertainment .

And I think it's fucking us up ....socially.
