I need everybody to hold me accountable when I post in this group.

Because when I post here, I'm not being honest with myself. I'm letting the intrusive thoughts win. Just like I let them win when I made this group.

I understand that not everybody's going to want to, because I can be a lot. But I'm asking that if you see me posting here, please check in with me.
