Am I toxic?

@SatanBurger I finally got a response from Ducky in a DM. She addressed my claim that she stopped speaking to me because I have political opinions, and clarified that she feels I'm toxic in my interactions with her and others. In all fairness, I have at times been known to threaten to hurt myself, and occasionally in extremes of emotion, I've suggested that other people should. And I definitely don't defend that behavior. But I'm also thinking that she doesn't like my debating style when I'm not angry, and it can be difficult and confusing to separate and differentiate the two.

@LordShadowfire Whenever I've seen you debate someone, you've always been fair so I don't think you're toxic to answer your question, for me, toxicity is more like a cluster of behavior which I've never seen you do.

I do think that having some toxic traits doesn't mean you're toxic person or mean to hurt others. Those traits can come around as coping issues or when you don't feel heard or frustrated.

You can always work on those.


I've recently found out some people blocked me on here who are fairly liberal which made me confused but all I could think about was that maybe they are the "both sides" kind of liberals and conservatives. Which is fine, I don't care much for the arguments that the "both sides" kind of people come up with.

There's points to be made for sure but are often made to derail threads.

That's just a guess though

@SatanBurger I think that is a big part of it, because she seems to be of the opinion that both sides bad.
