Should I be done with my master's, learn a new language and immigrate

or should I settle down and try to become successful without all that fuss?

If you're still in university, you might use that to join some program with a grant that would get you abroad so you wouldn't necessary emigrate but you'd try what would it be like to live in some other country without actually moving there yet.
