I know this isn't necessarily a helpful answer but only you can decide. What do you want to do?
I am wondering something similar myself. When I graduate, I don't know if I want to practice law or emigrate.
If you like where you are and there are opportunities, perhaps the answer lies in that.

@Youwereexpectingajoke I like where I am but all I can do is live off minimum wage for the rest of my life.
Since the law changes from country to country, would you have to do something extra to practice it somewhere else? Just out of curiosity.

@writhe If you moved to Canada you might need to take a few exams to prove you know what you are doing.

@writhe yeah it just depends on where you studied and where you're moving to. I'm doing UK law, so most other common law countries with similar systems aren't that different to practice law in.

If you're still in university, you might use that to join some program with a grant that would get you abroad so you wouldn't necessary emigrate but you'd try what would it be like to live in some other country without actually moving there yet.
@CrazyMusicLover good idea, thank you!
If you are in a position where you have the chance to get a masters degree you need to complete it. That chance may never come again.
Once you have that, you can goof off and do whatever you like, but get the masters degree first.

@writhe Right - I just told you to get out of my country if you are in it illegally. I am not answering your question.
