Sunday morning thoughts......

I'm not sure how to explain it. Mostly because the generic response is "well then just do it".

I want to be more skilled at loving and helping people. But I'm just not.

I'm sorry to hear your answer about wanting your stepmom as your actual mom. I hope it doesn't mean you had a bad upbringing.

I wish I’d committed to one thing when I was younger
It felt like every week I had a new obsession or hobby
I think if I picked one I was decent enough at I could have done a lot with it like become a professional athlete or musician or something

That’s a great thing. For me it would’ve been to not wallow in self pity for as long as I did when my ex and I separated.

A protective mother would have been nice. I was more like a play toy for here. Of course she was only 17 when ai was born.

I’d have enjoyed single hood longer. And studied harder in college. And invested in Microsoft on day 1.

It does seem that your stepmom actually served in the most important ways as a true mother.

I would have liked for my parents to have known the meaning of "parenthood."

My current life…. Id have my wife actually like me and treat me well 🤣

I would make it so I wasn't disabled.

Think longer and harder about that age difference.

To have been born into a different family.

I would tone down the intensity with which I doubt myself.

Also, chronic pain can go jump in a lake of dicks.
