What are your thoughts on the term "white trash"?
I've been called it and my upbringing can be described as that. It's flung around as an insult where I'm from. Personally it just makes me shrug.

My bf has called me that in arguments. I guess it's true- I grew up poor in the south, I'm not educated, not successful.
