What subtle things/ thoughts make you realise you’re getting old?

Lol thats cute and adorable. I'm a nurse and one of my client's bed keeps locking and won't work at times, just bending all day, my back reminded me just how old i am. And it snowed here and in winter my body just aches sometimes in the morning. So i have to take arthritis meds sometimes. I'm no spring chicken 🐔
