We all do it, to different dgerees and derive it from different things.
•Why do nurses become nurses ? - they enjoy the feeling if helping people.
•Why do teachers teach ?
•Why do kids play?
•why do we come here ?
Our brains are hard wired for pleasure seeking. We do it in the way we eat, the way we dress....who we choose to talk to....even how we choose to talk.
Nearly everyone has an addiction to something these days: extra time we put to pointless activities that give us pleasure, but are non productive 🤷♀
I suppose its more about if we can have a positive impact with it, than a negative one 🤔
