Yikes! Pretty harsh. I’m sorry you don’t have anything that moves you enough to find joy in

@Pinkstarburst Joy isn't found through pleasure.

@S33K3R I disagree. The pleasure of hearing laughter, sharing with friends, listening to music…those bring joy to me. In reality, I don’t believe you can have one without the other.

@Pinkstarburst you will have pleasure when in joy, but there's no guarantee there'll be joy when in pleasure. Hence the misery of addictions, they bring pleasure but misery at the same time.

@S33K3R There are many sources of pleasure and joy. What brings it to some doesn’t bring them to others.

@Pinkstarburst true, it's not my place to tell others what is right for them. Only they know, but i do know deep conversions have fallen away... now i see people excited about a video game, drinking, social media, sex, their new..... this vacation... they're so preoccupied they have zero room in their minds left to think, to wonder, to imagine, to self reflect. They replace people before they're gone... i see a lot of empty people. But that's just my view, if they're happy I'm happy for them... but i wonder if they really could be in the cycle they're stuck in.
