i dropped my glass jar of sweet tea and as i was watching it plummet to the tile i thought "well at least the jar wont break" and obviously it shattered on contact 😐 my optimism is silly sometimes

To some degree. I have a lot of health anxiety that doesn't make any sense. Too many bad experiences in the past and I'm just waiting for the next shoe to drop; meanwhile, all my lab results are coming back fine. 🤦🏻
