I have thought of that so often myself. Isn't that the weirdest thing hahaha yep they want to help you with your depression but the side effects will kill you. 🤭

@LadyGrace If we really knew our bodies really well and knew what symptoms and health issues we have, then we wouldn't need doctors and going to medical school would be a requirement for regular people. I am not saying doctors are perfect because they are not. If you don't like your doctor, you can change him through your health care provider. But like I say, we are not medical experts and the only way to being one without being a doctor is by watching Grey's Anatomy.
@Barefooter25 Oh we would still need doctors, I'm not saying that. Sometimes things get so bad that we do need operations, and I'm not saying all doctors are bad. But I have saved my own life many a time by listening to my own self and doing great research on natural healing. There were times that if I had listened to my doctor I wouldn't be here right now. But we all must do what we feel we must do. Whatever feels right for us. It doesn't take a PhD in order to help or rescue ourselves. We should question what we're told and not just do it because that's what the doctor said and the old excuse "Well, my doctor knows best." That's baloney and that's why many die. Doctors told us to take the covid shot too and that's exactly what my sister did and now she has horrible heart problems and look how many died because of that shot. By the way, I love my current doctor.

@LadyGrace cures cancer but causes heart explosion. Fair trade
Lol….. it is pretty crazy. I also love the warning not to take it if you’re allergic to it (duh) and just in general medications with so many potential side effects that I’d rather just take the chance of battling the illness without them.

@OlderSometimesWiser yeah I think I’ll have to miss out on the 473 side effects.
ChiefJustWalks · 26-30
@OlderSometimesWiser what trips me out is I've heard of people taking multiple different drugs & the extra drugs are only to counteract the effects of the first drug 🤷 shits wild to me

It always sounded like such a side effect would just make things worse.
ChiefJustWalks · 26-30
@Classified imagine taking a pill for stomach pain then just having brutal diarrhea instead
Classified · M
@ChiefJustWalks And then still having stomach pain.
MayorOfCrushtown · M
The irony in that is insane.

I’d make a brand that used a happy Eeyore as the mascot.
ChiefJustWalks · 26-30
@Straylight if I used antidepressants that'd be the one I buy. I'd have to
HoeBag · 51-55, F
Yeah I mean isn't that the VERY thing it should stop?
Heck and that isn't even close to being the worst one for some meds.
Sometimes they be like, Side effects may include but not limited to...
(then soend five minutes reading them all, THEN they say)...
"Some patients have d*ed in their sleep from sudden, uncontrollable rectal bleeding."
Well h3ll with that! I will just live with my ailments. 😡

@HoeBag woah, dying from uncontrollable rectal bleeding sounds like a little bit of a problem 🤔 but as long as the drug companies are making money I guess it's okay

I OD’d on antidepressants because of that side effect
IKR....
Sometimes I listen to the "side effects" and just mumble .... WTF?
I remember saying the same thing when Jay Leno once read the warnings listed on a snack food cooked with some kind of new oil and he read out loud "May cause ANAL leakage"....

@Threepio I only ever ate a hand full, someone at work gave me a few, so I felt no effects. I imagine some people probably would eat a whole bag, like they do with regular chips.
What stopped me from buying any is because they were expensive AND I have never been a chip fan, give me chocolate any day.

@Threepio lmao I've seen lots of things that list anal leakage as a side effect 😅 I always wonder why it's still worth using
ThreeLittleBirds · F
Yep . Exactly why I don’t take em … respectfully 🙏🏼🕊
ChiefJustWalks · 26-30
@ThreeLittleBirds yeah I'm not into pills either
