How often do you feel stuck?

When I feel stuck, I get still. I trust that in that moment I am just supposed to 'rest and observe and listen' and often that feeling of stuckness passes.

Mentally and emotionally blocked. 😶

More often than I'm at all 'okay' with, for several years now. Yes, it's very difficult indeed sometimes...finding a way out

I deal with many physical issues. There are times when pain paralyzes me. Sometimes for days. Stuck. They only way out is to move.
So a struggle ensues. Up till now, my mind has overcome. I feel fortunate.
So yes, finding the way out is difficult.
