How often do you feel stuck?

Sometimes we are in limbo, stuck between the indecisive heart and mind. It’s difficult to find your way out, isn't it?

I deal with many physical issues. There are times when pain paralyzes me. Sometimes for days. Stuck. They only way out is to move.
So a struggle ensues. Up till now, my mind has overcome. I feel fortunate.
So yes, finding the way out is difficult.
