I prefer the format here for expressing things I feel like saying. Other sites I tried weren’t what I was looking for. Maybe Facebook would have been, except that’s limited to people I already knew; and everyone I knew wouldn’t be okay with or understand certain things I talk about. I sometimes like random people chiming in to say they understand or have been in my shoes.

People with content and with something interesting to say have been censored. Their posts are not public and their replies are hidden. They are labeled "inappropriate content" on their profile page usually for telling the truth.
