Why Do People Come Here?

I look at the feed, and my mind becomes empty. Like ninety-eight percent of the content posted has zero thought, or effort put into it. Most posts consist of the title and that is it; there is no contents to the post beyond that..

I'm not complaining, it is just confusing.

I prefer the format here for expressing things I feel like saying. Other sites I tried weren’t what I was looking for. Maybe Facebook would have been, except that’s limited to people I already knew; and everyone I knew wouldn’t be okay with or understand certain things I talk about. I sometimes like random people chiming in to say they understand or have been in my shoes.
