Or try and do light exercise. That helps if i don't wanna walk. It helps focus

Ask Jesus into your life.
Get a volunteer job. Helping others is a good thing to help you to stop focusing on yourself. Go exercise. Help your parents around the house. Lots of things to help others. This will help you.
